Q. What are your hours of operation?

A. Our hours of operation are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST Monday thru Friday. We are available by e-mail 24 hours a day and will respond to your needs as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.

Q. Where is your company located?

A. We are located in California; however we service the entire nation through our mail order delivery service.

Q. What is your exchange policy?

A. Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your products, you can return purchases made at Modernoxygen.com up to 30 days after the item was purchased. Click here for more information about our Return Policy.

Q. Do you accept Medicare and other forms of medical insurance?

A. Unless you live in the Greater Los Angeles Area, we are not able to file Medicare or insurance claims for you. Upon your request, we will send you an invoice of your order for you to submit to your insurance company or Medicare.

Q. Is my credit card information secure through this site?

A. YES! To be more specific, our site does not take any credit card information. Once you place your order, you will be directed to a secure Checkout site where you will complete your payment information. Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. FREE ground shipping is available for orders delivered within the continental United States. Other charges may apply for overnight, bulk (oversized) shipping and shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

Q. When will my order arrive?

A. The arrival date of your order will vary depending on the product and model you select and your place of residence. If in stock, most products are delivered to you in just three to four business days.

Q. Will you ship products to my home?

A. Yes, we will provide shipping to your home within the continental United States. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact our customer service for more details.
